Inspect and prepare

Agree visual checks and preparation for goods in China. Review findings against the agreed sample and decide which cartons can be dispatched.

What this package covers

What to send us
Type and quantity of goods, current location and the checks or packing work you need.
What you receive
An agreed inspection scope, findings linked to the relevant goods and any agreed photos. You decide which goods can ship.
  • Identify the batch for inspection

We agree which units to check based on their location, item list and quantity. Checks may cover counts, variants, labels and visible damage.

  • Record findings and preparation work

Findings and agreed photos are linked to the items, cartons or batches concerned. Labelling, protective materials and repacking follow the scope you approve.

  • Make a separate dispatch decision

A visual check covers the units and criteria examined. It cannot establish performance, authenticity or conformity of the entire batch. You decide separately which goods can be dispatched and which should be held.
