Swiss customs and import costs for shipments from China
Shipments from abroad must be declared for import. For postal and courier shipments, the carrier usually makes the declaration using the information supplied for the shipment.
Consider three cost categories separately
International transport, import duties and taxes, and the carrier's customs clearance fee may be charged separately. Ask which items your quote covers and whether the recipient will have anything further to pay before or on delivery.
Match the documents to the goods shipped
Prepare a clear description, quantity, goods value and currency for each item. For sensitive or restricted products, check required documentation before purchase.
