If you have not selected a supplier, we start with the intended use and essential requirements. This helps us prepare an enquiry to which multiple suppliers can give comparable responses.
Request comparable offers
Define the material, dimensions, accessories and packaging. Terms for a minimum order may differ from those for a larger production run. Decide whether to request changes to the product or its labelling.
Align the sample and production order
If a sample is needed, we agree which characteristics to check. Record its approval and the features the production order must meet. The scope and provider of further inspections can be agreed separately.
