JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED is the data controller for enquiries submitted through the 1688 Overseas CH form. Jeton Express publishes its general privacy policy on its official website.
Enquiry data and how we use it
The form collects your email address, the service and any package you select, your project details and any product link or Swiss postcode you choose to provide. We include your answers to the optional service questions in the enquiry details you submit. If you add information from a receipt, we include the previous enquiry reference so our team can match the records. We record the form language, when we received the enquiry and its reference. We use this information to respond, prepare a quote and coordinate agreed work. Leave passwords, card details and identity documents out of your initial enquiry.
Hosting and enquiry processing
Cloudflare hosts this site and may generate technical logs. Where enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics uses page and referrer information and browser timings to measure how quickly pages load and respond. We store enquiries in a Cloudflare D1 database in the EU, and Cloudflare sends the enquiry details to our team’s Gmail inbox for follow-up. We keep technical records to recognise repeat submissions and check delivery of the notification. Separately, we use the connection IP to limit excessive form submissions.
Sharing and external services
For an agreed order, we share the necessary data with the suppliers, warehouses, carriers, customs agents or other partners involved, and with authorities where required. Depending on the service, processing may take place in Hong Kong, mainland China and other countries involved in the shipment. WhatsApp and Telegram have their own privacy policies for data processed through those services.
Retention and your rights
How long we keep information depends on the enquiry or shipment and applicable retention obligations. Where the law provides, you can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or withdraw your consent. Please tell us what you need and how we can reach you.
