Consolidate parcels already purchased in China
You may already have ordered or be buying from several sellers. Before parcels are forwarded, confirm which ones are expected and how the receiving location will identify each shipment as yours.
Register parcels before they arrive
Send us the expected number of parcels and any Chinese tracking numbers you have. Tell us in advance about fragile goods, liquids or batteries so we can check receiving, packaging and transport options.
Decide what should travel together
If deliveries arrive at different times, we agree which parcels to wait for. Once the final outer dimensions and weight are known, you can compare a quote for a combined parcel with separate shipments.
