Jeton Express publishes the website terms on its official site. An enquiry lets us review your project. Each shipment is governed by the transport agreement confirmed in writing and by mandatory law.
Services, charges and timing
Check how long the quote is valid, the chargeable weight or volume, which services are included and any customs, storage or destination charges. Before dispatch, confirm receiving instructions, provide accurate cargo details and disclose batteries, liquids, restricted goods or special handling needs. Timing is estimated unless expressly agreed.
Changes and claims
Check with us before changing or cancelling a service. Charges depend on the work already agreed or performed. Report damage, shortages or delays promptly with the shipment reference, photos and receiving records. Claim deadlines, liability and refunds depend on the agreed service, transport documents and mandatory law. Arrange insurance separately if you need it.
