  We agree which parcels to wait for, which original boxes to keep and where to add protection. Any checks are limited to the agreed scope.

• Measure the packed shipment

  After the agreed repacking, we record package count, external dimensions and weight as the basis for onward transport.

Itemised quote

The written quote lists the currency, included work and who pays each charge. It marks amounts as confirmed, estimated or still to be priced. Any changes are agreed before the work goes ahead.

• Shipping within China

  What it’s based on

  Delivery of parcels you have already bought, or collection if agreed.

  What to confirm

  Any leg already paid to the seller is identified in the quote.

• Receiving and consolidation

  What it’s based on

  Number of arriving parcels and agreed work to identify and combine them.

  What to confirm

  The quote distinguishes work included in the package from separately quoted work.

• Extra packing or storage

  What it’s based on

  Protection materials or an agreed storage period, for example while waiting for more parcels.

  Agree additional work or extended storage before proceeding.

• Onward transport

  Final carton count, external dimensions, weight and route.

  We update provisional packing figures once the cartons are measured.

• Destination charges

  What it’s based on

  Agreed handover in Switzerland and any import handling.

  Check what the shipping quote includes and which amounts are still to be confirmed.

   Add the parcel count, contents and tracking numbers. Say which parcels to wait for and which original boxes to keep.

   Our team emails you an itemised quote with its reference. Check the currency, any amounts still to be priced and who pays each charge.

   Check receiving, consolidation, protection and storage separately. Onward freight uses the finished cartons’ dimensions and weight.

   Respond to the quote

   Enter the enquiry and quote references, along with the email address from the original enquiry. Tell us whether you confirm this version or would like changes.

   Approve which parcels to combine and what packing work is needed. Confirm onward shipping against the quote for the packed shipment.
