Start from an existing item list
Give the item code or link, variant and quantity for each line. We check ordering details with your known suppliers and record any gaps or changes against the relevant line.
Compare suppliers and samples
To start a search, share the intended use, essential requirements and approximate target quantity. We agree which offers and samples are useful to compare.
Approve the order and subsequent services separately
A supplier’s offer or a reviewed sample does not authorise the order. Agree inspection, packing and shipping separately for the goods you decide to purchase.
Itemised quote
The written quote lists the currency, included work and who pays each charge. It marks amounts as confirmed, estimated or still to be priced. Any changes are agreed before the work goes ahead.
